Directv Cheating Subscribers Consumers Are The Ultimate Sufferers

These days a lot of companies are resorting to unethical means of business, which is simply not the right approach of trading. One such satellite TV provider in the United States of America, DirecTV also followed malpractices to drive huge customer base in California as well as in other states of the country. Due to its unfair means of business, several lawsuits have been filed against it, which has levied a fine of massive $13.25 million plus restitution for the grieved in full.

However, it seems to have no effect on this satellite TV giant. So, tell me, as a common man, would you allow such a gigantic company to go against the standard business rules and practices and mislead its subscribers? Certainly not! We are the voice of nation and should surely stand against such companies like DirecTV, who are trying to cheat on their clients following deceptive promotions, advertisements, and marketing strategies making futile promises.

Needless to say that if companies continue with their scams, then there would be nothing called -fair businesses' in this world. The business tycoons, directors and other executives would try to goof up things as much as possible based on their position, power and capabilities. Things would go haywire and consumers would be left with nothing to rely on. They will be the ultimate losers and sufferers. So, these scams should be stopped immediately by raising our voices against it.

Shockingly, this DirecTV, an El Segundo-based Californian company enjoyed a huge database of subscribers of about over 1 million in California and over 18 million in other states. Then it is difficult to find out the reasons that led this company to follow unfair means of doing business. Probably, it could only be assessed that the company wanted to enjoy a wider market share and be the No.1 in the US as a satellite TV provider.

But for just mere bucks, the company has played with the sentiments of its subscribers, who are now determined to switch providers. They have lodged several complaints with the Attorney Generals of their state and want immediate action. Most of their grievances revolve around billing issues, early termination fees, hidden fees, increase of contract without information, additional charges, additions of credits to their bills, unclear terms and conditions, and loads more.

Let's take an example from its recent scheme, which informs consumers to save $150 and according to somekeyword it falls under its subscriber retention policy. From this scheme, we can make out that the company can very well offer nominal fee package to its subscribers openly, but it is not doing so. Rather, when it feels threat of losing its customers who call up for discontinuing its services, DirecTV offers instant cash credits to them. So, what do you have to say now for it's this superficial scheme? Simple, they are fooling their customers. Therefore, it is high time to stand strongly against any company who is scamming things.

Sophia Johnson is an eminent writer of social media and also a DirecTV customer for last two years. But recently she faces some problems while renewing her package plans, and being a writer she feels it's her social duty to let her countrymen know about this malpractice of DirecTV. To know more about it visits my somekeyword.
